1. Meet the designer, Consultation Meeting- We get to know you and see the project area.
2. We begin the Design Meetings, where all details are discussed and a Mood Board/ Samples and Visuals are displayed for clients to make decisions.
3. Once Clients sign off on a Design Plan, we begin to order items and schedule any work that needs to take place ( ex: painters, electrician, wallpaper etc...)
4. Once everything has arrived- trade work is done, then we come install the Design and leave you with your newly designed space.
Once the Design Plan has been approved by client it typically takes about 4-6 weeks for all items to arrive and schedule your install.
We understand that you sometimes rethink a design and need to make a change. This is understandable and we allow several revisions. We also strive to do our best to make sure you're completely satisfied with the plan before we move onto the ordering process.
Unfortunately if it's after furniture has been ordered, this makes it much harder to stop a order/delivery and could cause extra fees for the client, in order for the vendor to restock that item or return it. We take each of these changes on case by case. Each scenario could play out differently.
We offer these options for clients to pay...
*Credit card (processing 4% fee passed to client)
*Check ( allow 7-10 business days until funds are
available for Designer to begin project ordering for client)
*Cash
*Venmo (2% fee passed to client)
*Zelle
*Cashier's Check (prefered for amounts over $5K
or if client wants funds to be available for Designer
to begin project ordering quicker than the standard check.)
